Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only on unworn, unwashed, and tagged items. Return requests must be submitted within 30 business days of receiving your order.

Please note the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Hats
  • Bows and headwraps
  • Swimwear
  • Holiday-themed items
  • Items listed in our Sale section

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a payment processing fee may be deducted from the store credit amount on approved returns.

All returned items are subject to inspection. If an item is found to be used, damaged, or does not meet our return requirements, it will not be eligible for store credit. Should you wish to have the item sent back to you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Store credit will be issued to your customer account. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@elleandmily.com to begin your return process.
If your return is approved, you may:

  • Ship the items back using your own shipping method and cost.
  • Alternatively, request a prepaid shipping label; the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Defective Items

Any defective items must be reported to info@elleandmily.com within 3 days of receipt.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please start a return within the 14 business day return window. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive store credit to use toward a new purchase.

Refunds

Store credit will be issued after your return has been inspected. You will receive an email confirming the credit has been applied to your account. Original shipping charges, as well as return shipping and processing fees, will be deducted from the store credit amount.
