Shipping policy

Pre-Order turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. Please note that this is subject to change and we only provide a close estimate. For this reason, please consider making any time sensitive purchases. 

Process time for all other orders is within 2 business days. The estimated shipping time is 3-4 business days for U.S shipments and 6-10 business days for international orders. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. 

During holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons, orders may experience extended processing or shipping times beyond our standard turnaround.

 

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, special events, or high-volume periods.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification confirming it’s available for pickup.
